For macbook repair you can visit our store in Amsterdam. F’actory Macbooks can fix windows or mac machines. Our macbook experts will diagnose the problem of your macbook fast and accurate.
Below a short explaination about our procedure. The rest of our site is only in Dutch. We are planning a total translation as soon as possible. Sorry for this matter, if you have any questions you can call us at 020 77 27 290 and we will gladly help you. All our employees can speack english.

Time of macbook repairs
We will do our best to repair or give you a diagnose of the macbook within 5 working days. The repair time can get higher when we need to order parts that we don’t have in stock. When this will happen we will tell you as soon as possible.
How does our macbook repair works:
When you decide to let us diagnose your macbook you can do the following:
A. Bring your macbook to our store
you are welcome at F’actory Laptops, Cruquiuskade 243, 1018AM in Amsterdam. We are open from Monday to Friday from 09.30 till 18.30. During the weekend we are closed.
When you bring your macbook in we will ask to pay a research fee upfront of 75 euro’s. This amount we will return to you when you let the macbook repair by us. This procedure is to make sure we can order parts and cover the diagnose. If we spent more than 20 minutes on your case and you don’t want to let your macbook repaired by us during the process we will keep those research fee. Most of the time the whole macbook is disassembled for the research and need to be put together again. This takes too much time for us to offer it as a free service.
After we took in your macbook we will start with research. Every repair under a 150 euro’s including tax we will fix without any warning. Will your repair be above this amount we will ask your approval.

Warranty on repairs
At most repairs we will give 3 months warranty, for most components we even give one year. For repairs that fall within the warranty period we don’t charge labour hours. Give us a call if you want to know exact details of a certain repair.
